A very helpful and friendly 'meet and greet'. Very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced room.
Although the downstairs of the Hotel was having a refit,the rooms upstairs were perfect.The host Barry explained all that was going on and non of the works impacted on my stay and I would not hesitate...
The Barrington is located a few minutes walk from the tram station which makes ideal for easy access to Manchester, at the time of my visit the ground floor was part way through a major renovation. ...

Good location for trams as we were in the marathon. Extra bonus was Altrincham had a good centre and plenty of bars and restaurants. Room cosy and generally comfortable. Also car park very handy.
