Hostel well located, at first sight very pleasant and clean But staff has not warm welcome. Doesn't take the time to re-explain things. The rooms were overheated which made it difficult to sleep there. And finally the price indicated in reservation is not the same on arrival when you pay everything

Me and my friends loved the hostel very much. Never expected it to be this clean. The shower Was clean, the toilet was clean, no dirt in the room or whatever.

Very good value for money, nice and competent staff, clean rooms, as well as bathroom and toilet. If you are looking for a place to stay for a small amount of money, this is the place to be.
The truth is that the rooms are quite good. You can feel comfortable and very comfortable. If you go by car it is a horror, because it is VERY difficult to find parking. It is a "party" area so at night there is a lot of noise in the street and you see everything

This hostel is less than 10 minutes from Neumarkt, in the heart of Cologne and located in a very quiet street but close to bars, terraces and nightclubs. Very friendly and patient staff, not a noise in the whole hostel and to our surprise,

Final evening so necessarily an excellent atmosphere. Very clean. Nice to book rooms only for our group of friends. Too bad the sheets are not included in the rate. Had a good sleep anyway.

Booked the six room dorm and had it all to myself mostly, place was heaps clean and lobby wifi was free. Couldn't say anything was particularly broken or wrong, was a quiet place to sleep and warm inside, which was a relief!

I liked the conditions - the hostel was really clear, I stayed in a shared room with an en suite bathroom. The staff was friendly and advised me what to see in Koln, gave a free city plan etc.

The A&O Wien Hauptbahnhof opened in March 2013 and offers modern rooms in various categories. As newly built house guests can enjoy the familiar A&O standard guests of the hotel part with single, double and family rooms. The hostel part offers shared rooms from 4 to 6 beds. We also provide all visitors with a rich All-you-can-eat-breakfast!
I wouldn't stay there again
It is a school group factory. The dorms are not cleaned every day, there was tons of hair in the bathroom. There is nothing to indicate whether the beds are taken or not, and to indicate that we are leaving and therefore that they can change the sheets. The people I was with didn't respect the other people in the room. The only good point was the people at the reception.

Correct and 5/7 satisfactory.
I will only criticize the few flaws that I have noticed, however, everything that is not said was perfect. Neighbors, a little messy, and disrespectful (although it's not your fault, I can imagine). A bathroom door without key lock.
Inn that looks like a factory
Well located right next to the train station, big hostel but a little too factory. The rooms are good with private showers. However, lack of plugs to charge electronic devices (only taken down and again, and when you're on the top bed, impossible to charge your laptop or anything else) Great lack of professionalism to the home, NO information given : - that it is at the level of the hostel: the sheets are not supplied in the price and the receptionists do not speak to you about it (why?), its operation quite simply (schedules, activities, common areas ...) - that it is at the level of the city (sites to visit, tickets of transport ...) Personal case: the receptionist gave me a room which did not correspond to my reservation. The mistake is human but hey, no excuses on his part, nothing. As normal, I would have recommended this hostel for its location and space but unfortunately too many mistakes.
I would repeat without hesitation.

Staff very very cold, not friendly, not smiling, very dry. The beds were infested with mites, I was stung all night all over the body, despite the sheets provided

For the price we paid, it was very worth it, because more than a hostel, as in our room we were only three of us, it looked like a hotel. Very clean, with separate shower and bath and inside each room. The only bad thing was the location, which while it was next to the train station and the fast food restaurants in it, was a bit far from the city center (20-30 minutes walk to Karlsplatz or 3 stops of subway). Anyway, highly recommended, when I return to Vienna I already know where to go.
Not an inn but a hotel
This is not what I call a hostel but rather a hotel where there are several in a room. The room was to be for girls only but it was a mixed room al arrive, provide 7 euros for two to have sheets, otherwise check in and check out simple and receptionists at the top, not enough electrical outlets in rooms for all occupants
I'd suggest a better control in the luggage room.

I had to change the room 3 times because it was never the right one, which is not very practical during a 3-day stay. you have to pay for the sheets and covers. I had the impression that the staff were always in the west (it is possible that my stay coincides with newcomers) Otherwise, the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Badly located, suburban limit of Vienna, not very well frequented. The room is very poorly maintained, the toilet handle is broken, the lockers do not lock. There was a very unpleasant smell in the room. Sheets are optional so the beds don't smell good...staff stick to the bare minimum...I wasn't even told the wifi code nor was I told sheets were optional. I wanted to wash my clothes but they told me that the dryer was broken. No air conditioning in the rooms so had to sleep with the window open but given that it overlooks a busy road the noise was unbearable. These are mixed dorms where there is no age limit so as a girl I did not feel safe at all when I was alone in a room with a 50-year-old gentleman… in short I do not recommend this place despite the fact that it is not very expensive.

The hostel is generally good, acceptable cleanliness and friendly staff (in Vienna standard). Very well located (100m from the metro). However, I do not recommend if you are traveling alone, I met 96% of couples or families there.
Disappointment because of the kitchen
-has a kitchen on the site but have no pots and a single knife and the kitchen is tiny. -The cards to access the room had to be re-magnetized 3 times -there was still a smell in the room and the room was cold
Great place and kind staff
The place is really close to a tram station which make it easy to arrive and go visiting. Corridors and bedrooms are clean and the price is pretty cheap. I was just a bit disapointed by the price of the breakfast that is quite expensive (7€).

The hostel is a chain that is also a hotel. The dormitories of 6 people are relatively small, the bathroom tiny. Sheets are not free, no towels available and the cleanliness is relative. I was put in a dormitory of 6 people with 5 men, which was pretty strange. So I asked to change, the smell became unbearable, one of the hosts was constantly dragging me, while another smoked in the room while everyone slept and I pass you the snoring ... in the end when I I changed to a girls dorm, everything was cleaner, the roommates more respectful. Do not hesitate to change or specify a mixed dormitory (recommended) Highlight of the hostel: a bar, a play area and what to eat at night (pizza, etc.). The hostel is not central and it is 20 minutes from the center by metro. That said, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. Practice for a short time!

The hostel is in walking distance of Wien Westbahnhof, the subway, and also the city center (about 10-15 minutes). The gates are locked after 10pm (you can get in with your room key) in order to avoid strangers from getting in (this is especially good on weekends since the hostel's location is close to bars and clubs, so there are a lot of party goers around). Our room was cleaned every day. For two people it is spacious enough if you do not spend a lot of time in there. Also there is an elevator which is especially good in case you live on the very upper floor. I would definitely book it again!

Very friendly and understanding, they allowed us to cancel a room without a deadline. It is close to the metro station and connected in this way to all points in Vienna. The breakfast is, frankly, SPECTACULAR and the hotel in general
It is some distance from the center, more than half an hour walking. The rooms were not bad and they had bathroom included. It does not include towels, bedding or breakfast, but for the low price it is worth it.
