No reception, the administrative procedures are done in the small kitchen room in the middle of people who prepare and take their meals. Nice decoration, but basic cleanliness. You may be assigned a bed with no pillowcase or duvet cover and a stained duvet. In a room for 4 people (approx 9-10m2) there are two rows of bunk beds. Each door opening leading to the bathroom/toilet triggers the automatic lighting and ventilation (malfunctions). Nice for the person who sleeps just opposite. If you are a group of 4 it can be even nice, but if you are foreigners and of different sexes, with a snorer, a cold, a gastro... in the lot, I do not envy you. This model can troubleshoot 1 or large max. 2 days but not more. It gets tiring quickly.
No heating, so cool night in December. As usual, people leave their dishes lying around, but that's common.
Quiet, clean, the managers / employees are super nice! I'm doing a tour of Spain and it's clearly the best hostel I've done so far! I recommend :)
The hostel is located near the center and close to the Alhambra Palace. 4 nights experience in the dorm, the bathroom was really dirty (due to some residents) but the condition remained the same. I cleaned up their grime when it got too much but the overall condition... Ugh. Receptionist not friendly and not smiling. The advantage is that I explored the city a lot to find myself at the hostel as little time as possible. I don't know about the rooms, but for the dorm, only stay there for one night, no more.
I stayed one night at this hostel. Having arrived early and not being able to check-in before 3 p.m., I had to find a solution to deposit my belongings elsewhere because it does not seem to me that the hostel has a concierge service. The staff is pleasant but not very present. The rooms are simple, dormitory type with bunk beds. Flat on the only shower and the only toilet to be shared with 7 people. However, a kitchen is available to travelers and on the top floor a pleasant roof terrace to relax. On the ground floor the hostel also has a bar/restaurant which seems lively and fun. A good atmosphere.
