Hurricane is a brand new hostel & we are ready to have fun!
We love to have adventures every day that we can share with our guests, from taking a hike through the park, getting some amazing coffee, or having shots!
Our staff will help show you everything you need to have a good time.

We have 30 comfortable beds spread out across three well-equipped dorm rooms in a quiet part of town, as soon as you walk in the front door, you can see the events & trips we have.

Social and fun

We schedule two trips everyday.
During the afternoon, we will head to the local beaches & parks, chill out at a local cafe, take a tour of the city, or find a nice spot for lunch.
During the evening, we set up dinner parties & hit up the local bars for some cheap drinks.

If you don't want to walk somewhere or the weather is bad, we host events in our common room, such as games & movie nights.
You are free to bring your own drinks & just take a load off.

Surroundings

We are located right in the heart of Split, next to everything you want to see or do.
We like to say that from our amazing location, you are 'almost there' to any place you want to visit.
In a matter of minutes, you can be in the UNESCO Heritage site of Diocletian's Palace, Marjan Hill Park, Bačvice beach, the Green Market, Poljud Stadium, hundreds of cafes, bars, restaurants & shops.

Our hostel rests in a 100+ year old building, directly on the UNESCO heritage site of Diocletian's Palace, an ancient Roman palace that was constructed around 300 A.D.

Security and safety

Due to COVID-19, we have taken extra sanitation measures. We have gloves, masks & daily temperature checks to ensure staff & guests are protected.
We have 24-hour security on site.
Lockers in each of the dorm rooms come with their own lock & key that we will provide at the time of check in.
Hours that reception are closed (between 24:00 and 08:00), the front door will be locked & a door key will be provided to each guest.
