The location is fantastic and the staff are friendly. The place is very oriented to travellers and there is a wealth of information about e.g. bushwalking, sightseeing, and Blue Mountains attractions.

Staff are friendly. There is lots of space, especially in the lounge area. Room and kitchens tidy. Close to Katoomba falls.
