HostelThe YARINA Eco Lodge is strategically located in an area of forest that counts on the highest diversity of micro-habitats in the Napo area. This means that there are more species of animals, birds, reptiles and insects than anywhere else on the Napo river or in the surroundings.
Social and fun
The Yarina Ecological Reserve organizes touristic travel and work days where visitors go once a year to repair the school, painting, fixing desks and other activities of school. Curfew at 10:00pm

The YARINA Eco Lodge, is located on the Napo river only 60 minutes by covered motorized canoe from Puerto Francisco de Orellana (EL COCA). The San Carlos community, is composed of approx. 250 people, two local schools, each serving about 45 children, the distances are long but the spirit is great.

Good to know
Yarina Eco Lodge started 10 years ago as a program to teach the importance of conserving wildlife and our environment with the local community. However, year by year, the lodge was growing, changing and developing new important forms of work with the local people, along with national and international tourists. Today, the lodge is considered one of the most important and best rescue centers of wildlife in the Ecuadorian Amazon.

I love that our guide is very knowledgeable. The rooms are huge and get cleaned every day. Great place to enjoy nature while getting lost in the animals around you. I never expected that their food would taste good but it does! I'd definitely go back!
Yarina Eco Lodge is right on the money. The hostel gives you the nature vibe where you can totally enjoy soak up your surroundings during your stay.
