Good attention.
The comfort of the hotel and the service
Location, right behind the tram stop. Friendly staff, value for money, though small, kitchen had all necessary items. Good size toilet-bath. good heating.
Easy access to center
It was in an ideal location for me with a tram stop outside the back door. Easy access to the railway station on the tram.
