Please note that bedding and towels are provided but will not be laundered daily. A laundry fee of EUR 9.50 will be charged if guests wish to receive new towels during a stay of less than 1 weeks. Bed linen can be changed free of charge after 4 weeks at the earliest. A lost or defective key card for an apartment will be charged at a flat rate of 10 EUR.

Quiet and comfortable for a short stay. Well presented and equipped apartment
It is close to public transport nice a nice surrounding.
Close to tram. Room clean. Kettle. Nice shower.
the apartments are very nicely and efficient furnished and the bed is comfortable. The shower is big. A lot of space to store clothes and other things.
With no personal at the site, and the need to drive more than 2 x 10 minutes for the place where the key was placed, my experience began quite bad. Also this building was closed, but then opened ...
