Everything. Osman helped me to do everything he could, he is so wonderful. And the room is so pretty, the view is brillIant. There are two beds I slept in the one in the attic and it was amazing
Cleanliness of the apartment. The owner Osman was very kind and offer us an upgrade with no extra charge.
