very friendly and helpful staff, spoke very good English. they dealt with a small technical issue very quickly after reporting it to the staff - it was repaired just within few hours wifi worked ...
Everything was perfect. The stuff was very polite. The location is top. The rooms very clean. We asked for late check - out due to my participation in Mons Half-Marathon. This offered us for free.
