Very friendly people. Helpful and kind. The location of the apartment is very good, it is in a small road next to the center. Shkoder is a nice town too.
The lady was very kindly, it was difficult together understanding, but she did all she could.
Close to everything you need and bus stop. Stuffs are nice and helpful(they don't speak English though). Very tidy throughout the property.
