The proximity to the port, if you are going to take a boat to go to a neighboring island. It has a supermarket right in front for everything you need.
Location to the port and restaurants
Very good location within walking distance of everything in town, restaurant, market, bakery.. but set far back so there is no much noise. Was very clean and staff was quite friendly. Overall good ...
Very basic but staff awesome and polite. Close to all amenities and very clean
