The swimming pool was empty and the venue is very close to a motorway, which you can hear from the room, the view is however great and the staff very friendly.
We were there in mid April but despite the chilly weather we could tell that this would be fabulous in the summer. No pool available as it was low season but it looks amazing.

Great outdoors and pool area
Very nice location; good pool with excellent view; close to Tuscan delights; small-scale set up so never crowded, designated deck chairs at the pool side, friendly staff.
