All Studios have Washroom facilities -
Studio 1 and 3 have their own ensuite bathrooms,
Studios 2 and 4 share a large bathroom with Steam Room and Jacuzzi bath
Social and fun
Tours and Trips: can be arranged at extra cost and if there is sufficient demand to the City IE. museums, musicals, and Countryside: fruit picking, seaside etc areas
Local Events: Well Being spas, restaurants etc can be arranged at extra cost and if there is sufficient demand
Sustainable Events ON SITE in GARDENS: Gardening Allotments, BBQs, and other activities: can be arranged at extra cost and if there is sufficient demand
There is only a small conservatory area which will only be open on a staged basis for breakfast and will be then locked up thereafter.
There is no communal kitchen or sitting room area.

Bed linen are always included. (1 set for the whole stay). Towels will be GBP10 (1 set for the entire stay)- There is a Laundry Service, at an extra cost, and it will be carried out by a laundry service off site.
Food - Breakfast will be catered for and ordered in and not cooked on site -
Breakfast: GBP25-35 approx for Cooked Breakfast, GBP20-25 for Continental.
Lunch and Dinner: There maybe options to order in dinner and lunch but on an order basis.
