The location is perfect, right in the middle of Old San Juan. You can walk everywhere. The room was clean with AC and a fan. The kitchen had a lot of appliances like toaster, coffee maker, microwave...
Location and customer service were outstanding! Magaly and Vivian were extremely helpful and courteous (e.g. they secured our luggage for a few hours one day after checkout).
