Very neat apartment. Free fresh water and Nescafé every day. Good location. Great value for money.
Great location for access to Dubai World Trade Centre, where I was doing some conferences - and right by the DWTC metro station for getting around, also a good supply of Ubers and taxis in the street...

The room smelled odd in beginning but later the staff took good care of us
