Good location
Conveniently located close the the station, sightseeing, restaurants.
Netflix, clean
I received clear informations for location and check in, I stayed with my wife and 2 sons the apartment got only 2 beds and 2 futons, indeed my mistake I did not check during reservation process.
It's an Air B&B style accommodation close to Nagano Station. Quick at responding to messages. It's good for travellers with small luggage as guests need to be pretty fit to negotiate steps...
