No keys but a code which was sent prior to arrival so easy to use. Didn’t meet hosts during stay so can’t comment but emails very efficiently sent prior to arrival
Great location, short 20mins walk to the centre of Bakewell along the Monsall trail. Fabulous, extremely high quality accommodation. High cleanliness, good facilities
The contactless check in & check out process was very convenient. The apartment was clean and well maintained with enough room for a family with younger children. It can be a bit cosy for 4 adults...
