Nearness to the beach. Literally 200m away.
The beach is near, everything what you need are close: restaurant, supermarket, party. Middle of the central. We really like it. The boss is helpfully, kind. Help us everything. The view is amazing...
The location was handy - right on the strip and a stone's throw from the beach- as was being able to park at the property - even if they did charge us five euros a day....
