The comfort of the room. And the predisposition of the staff to solve everything required.
Staff/owners were lovely... couldn't be more welcoming or helpful. 5 minutes walk to bus and train station so ideal for getting about but close enough to walk to old town etc.

A lovely building and the lady at reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. Very near the railway station and also some nice eating places.
