The location, the included breakfast and the friendly owner.
Lovely continental breakfast including croissants on the quiet morning, quiche and muffins as well on the busier morning.
The first room was too small and had no wardrobe so the proprietor moved us t a larger room but there was no TV in it.
A cosy friendly little motel, in a very convenient spot. Just a short easy walk from the ferry and a few minutes from the water taxis. It was so nice to be able to pop down and have a quick breakfast ...
