Wonderful location easy to walk across the bridge to old Tbilisi or Rustaveli. Very clean, reasonable size rooms. Get the top one with the terrace.
Everything was excellent. Especially the beautiful home made wine, possibly the best we had in Georgia. I would recommend this guesthouse very strongly.
