Excellent location . A easy walk to the menin gate . So much history in this area this makes a great central point . Superb breakfast . Comfy bed and superb hosts . Highly recommended .

The bed was very comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and the villa is located a decent walk from the centre of Ypres.
