Staffs are very nice , helpful, polite.
Lovely breakfast, helpful staff, place was clearly marked (from the outside) arrangements made for us to get to Rome airport prior to arrival which worked well.
Stayed one night before taking a cruise. The manager was exceptionally helpful and organised transfer to ship. Will definitely be staying at bel sole again!
The room was quite large, the bed very comfortable. As for excellent cleaning. Value for money quite good.
