Nkole went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and showed us around the city of his own free accord, much appreciation to him!!
Staff are very helpful. We needed to get to Livingstone the next day and they helped us get to the bus on time. Wifi worked in our room. The supermarket and restaurant is a short walk.
