Friendly staff, lovely homely atmosphere, and lots of extras - library, snooker table, several sitting rooms and outdoor spa, good breakfast and tea / coffee facilities.
Jenny went out of her way to help us with everything including transport from a wedding and allowed us to early check in before the wedding
