Charisma of the owner.
Very lovely place run by a young and very sympathetic family. They gave us great tips for dinner (definitely try Ristorante Bellavista!) and options for a walk.
You feel as you stay at your good friends, the owners are very kind people. I will come back.. I was there with a really long car and had no problems to park my car on the free charge parking place.
