Clean, friendly hosts, great breakfast, good value.
Very friendly and helpful, added a travel cot to the family room at no extra cost.
I like it all lovely comfy beds and room and the staff are very lovely friendly people I would recommend to anyone and the breakfast is to die for and the price is good

Excellent quality breakfast. Spotless room and bathroom. Friendly accommodating staff. Very convenient for BU accommodation, town and train station. Free parking permit.
