The location and the treatment received
I liked everything: nice room, good breakfast, good wify and views of the glacier. The Polish reception guy, very nice. The tubes also very relaxing but very cold when leaving.
Great staff, really friendly greeting by the guy on reception when we arrived - he was very knowledgable and helpful. We also had a great view of the glacier from our room.
