All the staff there are so friendly and treat us so warm. The hotel design is so unique and the cleanliness the superb. Good breakfast and we have bottomless coffee and tea for whole day consume.
It was very homely and felt very traditional
Everything! It was nice being in a quiet area outside of the crowds of Kyoto. The location was perfect in Otsu and you can take the JR anywhere locally. Miki and the other staff were tremendous! The...

The futon bed is very fluffy. The garden view from the room is so peaceful. The staffs is so helpful!, really appreciated their help.
