Location is brilliant. Views are wonderful and its a very easy scenic drive to Dunedin city. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming, we would absolutely recommend staying here.

Nice ocean views and close enough to the ocean to hear the waves on the shoreline. The property is a short drive from the city (Dunedin) but feels like a retreat. The bedroom has a patio to sit out ...
Nice clean room with ensuite bathroom, incredible views over the ocean and island, super friendly hosts, maybe a touch on the expensive side, but there are no other options around so....
All new and realy nice B&B. All rooms have an ocean view. The hosts are awesome
