Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Very dog friendly
Breakfast was fantastic and just what the doctor ordered! Having a time-slot to stick to was understandable but I'd rather just turn up at some point when I wanted.

Very clean and handy for the village
The location is superb , and finding out the history of ivy cottage , Hawkeshead is my favourite village by far , Darren was a brilliant host
