Location, breakfast, service.
+ location is great, just by the walls and easy access to main entrance + one of the best breakfasts ever had in guesthouses, you get like 10 plates of different small foods + staff was helpful

The family is really friendly and the breakfast is so big with a lot of nice ingredients.
