Good location, right next to main attractions.
The location is excellent, breakfast is very complete and Gaetano is accessible and very attentive. If you want to visit Brescia, this option is really good.
Gaetano, the host, very nice. The breakfast was very good, well stocked. The apartment is in a quiet area. We went walking to all the sites of interest.

Our train was delayed and Gaetano waited for us for the key. Breakfast was very good and Filanda location is amazing, just a few minutes from everything in Brescia. I will come back.
