Bed comfortable, good private bathroom, nice breakfast, owner very friendly and accommidating, good location to uttoxeter town.

Jan and Chris the owners are absolute lovely people, we was the only ones staying so stood for about half hour talking to them great people! The hot tub is amazing, how many B&Bs do you know ...
Superfriendly hosts, option of a massage, room with bathrobes and all sorts of extras...
