The short-haired girl at the reception is the only one who speaks perfectly English, she has facilitated the process of buying bus and boat tickets to Phu Quoc.
The room was very spacious, bright, quiet and clean. The receptionist spoke English well and booked us a Mekong tour at a good price. On arrival we got free water and tea which is a nice detail.
The room was way bigger than the price, and staff were very helpful in meeting my needs.
