Very new.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are brand new, you feel like you are the first person to step in the room. The room is also quite big.
The staff was absolutely great! Really nice people. Also they have a nice porch with great view over Mestia. Also great breakfast.
The room was excellent, the staff equally excellent, the breakfast was awesome, the price and location all simply great!
