A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the house and the cottage are self-catering.

My daughter left the ring in the room and they posted it back to us, great friendly and accommodating 5*
This is a lovely house, where we were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was good and hearty and the location was ideal for a couple of days walking around Bala.
Breakfast was spot on - plenty of variety - we were asked if we needed anything else or food/drinks replenished - owner was very friendly
Spacious comfortable lounge for guests to use, owners were lovely people - nothing too much trouble. Great cooked breakfast and very accommodating to our young boys requests!! Thanks
