Really nice stay , room was well layed out , there was bath and shower and our own front door which was good as we had our dog with us . Room was good a few bits need doing but for a dog friendly room...
We had a large annex to ourselves (us and our two teenage daughters)

the room, beds, bathroom and breakfasts were very satisfactory; the only concern was traffic noise from the busy A10 as our room was on that side of the house.
