Staff was helpful and friendly. They have a water dispenser available for guests, which is not only eco friendly but also saved on buying extra bottles ourselves.
Provide western breakfast and is excellent, heating system in room very good, cozy room, no elevator but the staff will assist to carry luggage to upstairs

All is excellent: Rooms, kitchen, coffee (western coffee). But the better is the staff. Very kind and helpful, always with a smile. Specially, for me, Carmen.
