Friendly and helpful hosts and staff. Good location for my conference. Clean, well maintained and comfortable accommodations. Fast & free WiFi access. It was like being at home.
Great location, away from the crowds, but only 20 minutes away from San Marco. A beautiful, very clean and comfortable room with an en-suite bathroom. Quiet, lots of nice osterias, cafes and bars ...

Very friendly welcome and great location away from crowds of main part of Venice. The Giudecca is a fascinating area in itself. Fillipo was a brilliant host. Would thoroughly recommend
