Cleanliness, lots of space to hang around, there is a huge common room on the top floor, very friendly staff and a huge buffet breakfast
Really polite and friendly staff; although some of them had trouble with speaking english / german (as we had with speaking czech..) they help wherever they can! Hospitality doesn't need ...
