Was very quite due to end of ski season. Although it was very peaceful for us to relax & unwind.
The rooms are big for Japan. It is a small hotel with only a few rooms per floor. The hotel is near the walking street of town, as well as the main chairlift for Akakura Onsen. It is also walking ...

Proximity to lifts is amazing and made getting first chair very easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though I was staying on a very busy long weekend. Free shuttle to and from the train...
Great to have the onsen downstairs and a fantastic location to the chairlift up the slopes. Central to restaurants and bars.
