Lovely staff.
Extremely helpful staff
Staff were very good and told us about the free bus to and from lake Lugano they even printed the tickets and gave us an itinerary for our stay tailored to our taste.
Oliver warmly welcomed us to his lovely hotel and was so helpful. The room was in fairness quite basic but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and lovely.
Stylish, small, family ran hotel. Owners serve you coffee during breakfast. Very friendly
