My room was clean comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious! The location was excellent for the train and Mt Generoso.
Nice small hotel with good restaurant with free parking nearby. Not all staff speaks english

A good breakfast more in Italian style rather then Germanic. Good location, close to the station and the lake.
