Hotel staff were warm and kind, really nice people. It was above popular pub (which we didn't know) but it was fine as we like old style beautiful architecture and buildings, surprisingly noise ...

The location to Leura high street was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and the food was delicious. A great pub with good a great atmosphere.
