Location and food.
Location is very good if you love beach since it is right on the beach.

I visit your hotel each year (since 2017) always enjoying it. Big satisfaction. Perfect location, perfect rooms, perfect staff. Deepu and Vichu are still helpful and you can rely on them in everything...
