Nicely designed room, really lovely view of the river, the best hotel view we have had in Toulouse. The bed was nice and comfortable.
Funky cool
Location. The staff was very attentive. It has a modern artistic decoration that makes it a rare experience ... but sympathetic
Unfortunately the few satisfactory aspects (and I say satisfactory as they were that at best) were grossly outweighed by the detractions that dominated the experience.
