Very clean, friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful beach, wonderful fenced in yard area to hang out in. Kid friendly, they have a ping pong table, a grill, clean towels for the nearby pool and beach...
Everything, personal, daily cleaning with change of towels and towels available for beach that is meters from the hotel.
The Captiva was very clean and had all the amenities we could’ve needed!! Lots of extra kitchen appliances, fresh towels daily, endless pool towels, fun activities for friends or families, and awesome...
I also liked the new decor, office, and the courtyard. Staff was friendly.
