Second day came back to room to find the bed not made and the room not cleaned. Would of given a higher score but, for this.
Fantastic location, bang in the centre of town. Lovely old building and helpful staff.
reception staff were charming, the Christmas eve dinner was fabulous and perfectly cooked and presented. Breakfast was good but a little more variety would have been appreciated as we stayed for 3 ...
